Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

Clearly this cannot be the case as the fossil record shows that forks actually predate spoons. The controversial spork provides debatable, but convincing, evidence that spoons actually evolved from forks, which occurred as the species transitioned away from a terrestrial life and entered into a more aqueous environ, resulting in "webbed" tines, and significant engorgement.
