| Introduction | I have been a military wife for almost 6 years and now have a one year old daughter. During the past 6 years and 3 deployments, I have fallen into some bad habits. Every time my husband has deployed, I have felt lost. I seem to get lazier every deployment and am at the point that something has to change. He came home in November 2008 and will be home for a few years. We are getting ready for our first military move in June, we still don't know where. He is going to be a recruiter so we will see what this new job brings. I hope that I am able to find a balance between living healthy and having a young family. |
