| Introduction | My name is Frances & I've been a SHM primarily for the past twelve years. I have worked as Bilingual (Spanish) teacher for a K-5 school in the Bay Area in my past. I found the rigors of running a home & motherhood much more palatable when I wasn't always worrying about running my classroom. I have had many hobbies, dare I say, obssesions--singing, dancing, knitting & crochet, sewing, writing, reading, listening to books/ podcasts,Sci-fi tends to have a strong hold on my imagination in most of it's consumable forms. And of course--FOOD. Cooking healthy food, exercising, writing & the yarn arts seem to dominate at the moment. As I hit 40, I realized I wanted MORE from Life & demanded the BEST of myself to DO IT.
