About me

Introduction I am studying medicine in Havana, Cuba. I will be a US licensed MD upon completion. I come from a long line of rebellious scientists. My great great grandfather was an MD and grave robber. He stole bones to study for his anatomy class. My great grandmother was one of the first women to specialize in radiology. She ended up being head radiologist at Sid Peterson Hospital in Kerrville, Texas. My grandmother, LuLu, was a botanist. She was also the first woman race car driver licensed in the south. They called her Haybale Harris because she spun out once and ran her car into a haybale, scattering hay all across Harris county. I love being in Cuba. The mood is different there...
