| Introduction | I'm an Italian 26 years-old girl who, after graduating in foreign languages, left Italy in 2015 to travel, volunteer and work around the world. I created this blog to share two of my biggest passions: to travel and to cook. You’ll find here dishes I tried, recipes I learnt from locals or from other travelers, with some interesting stories about them. What the heck does Taio-san mean? Taio is the name of my yellow pillow and it’s from the Japanese “taiyou” which means “sun” because, as you can easily see, I am a sun. San in Japanese is a suffix you add after another person name to be polite (like Mr. Taio) and it’s also read like the English “sun”. |
