| Introduction | I,m very energetic person,goal oriented,selfmotivated and very enthuastic.I enjoy sharing ideas with other people and continuosly developing myself.I have been a teacher for thirteen years.During these years I have learnt a lot about issues of education.There are challenges in this field but as you grow in the proffession, the challenges become strengths in future.At my school I am an ICT co-ordinator since 2006.This is one of the challenges I was faced with because educators are still reluctant to use ICT resources in teaching and learning. |
