| Introduction | Foster and develop Hispanic corporate, academic, non-profit, small business, and cultural leaders in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) to empower the community and to influence and shape a diverse and equitable society which will drive continued prosperity and economic, cultural and social development in this region. The Hispanic Leadership Council (HLC) will identify barriers for Hispanic youth and create solutions by leveraging the strengths and connections of Hispanic leaders across different organizations in the region. The HLC will develop an eco-system that focuses on youth development starting in elementary schools through higher education. |
