| Introduction | For the last 25+ years working in IT industry as Developer and Trainer. During this period I have trained 1000s of students as an IT Trainer. I did my first Art Of Living Program in 2002 January. After completing this program I organized so many courses and worked as a volunteer too. In 2007 October I attended the first Art Of Living Teachers Training Program in Vedic Mathematics conducted at Bangalore Ashram (Art Of Living International Head Quarter). And became an Art of Living Teacher. After that I have done different TTC programs. Few of them are Yoga, Meditation, Stress Management, Life Style Management, Natural Farming, Home Gardening etc.. |
