| Introduction | I am a DA councillor in Pretoria. I fully subscribe to the DA's Open Opportunity Society philosophy. In fact, during my studies (BA International Politics), I was influenced by the work of Karl Popper and I became a follower of the Open Society idea. I am a liberal democrat placing a high premium on individual freedom. I believe in South Africa's future. Yes, we have many challenges, but nowhere in the world is there a place without problems. In our case, the first and foremost objective is to protect and strengthen our constitutional democracy. I am committed to make a contribution in this regard. |
