| Introduction | Dr. Bala Chandran is a banker,author, educationist, faculty and above all, a Vedantin. He has worked, for over 47 years, in seven organizations viz. ESIC, Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited, Reserve Bank of India, NIBSCOM, Union Bank of India, IIBF and Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited. He was- Faculty member for 10 years in UBI and NIBSCOM Director of Academic Affairs (with 3 years as Deputy CEO) for 23 years in IIBF Principal, Saraswat Bank Staff Learning Centre for 5 years. He has authored the following books also- 1. Winning the Game of life, 2. Making a Difference, 3. Nurturing Excellence, 4. Living/Leaving Gracefully and 5. Chasing Success.
