| Introduction | My name is Linda Belkner and I am the Administrative Manager of Nursing at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. I have been a registered nurse for 33 years and I am a student in the Masters of Management program at Cambridge College. I live in Concord, MA with my husband, daughter, and our Yorkshire terrier. I am very interested in the nursing shortage and the aging nursing workforce and how the nursing profession will adapt and change in the next decade and beyond. |
