| Introduction | I have been through hell and back several times in my life. From being physically and sexually abused as a child on up to getting involved in drugs, homelessness at 17-18 robbing houses and stealing cars. Was institutionalized all through my teen years. Was Involved in a very abusive relationship and got pregnant with my daughter at 19. Lost my daughters father in 04’ Met my now husband shortly after. And have suffered from severe depression, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD since I was 13. But with all of that being said, I wouldn’t take back any of that. Because, I was and continue to use my life lessons as a teaching tool for my daughter. And educate her first hand. And educate anyone who is willing to listen. That anyone can with my mental illness, and the mistakes I’ve made over the years but I’m learning that if I don’t fight back, mental illness, and my past with swallow me up. Your not alone. I’m not a victim, I’m a victor!! A true WARRIOR, as is anyone reading this. Cause you made it this far in life. And lord knows, life isn’t always kind. ; STAY STRONG ; !!!!!! |
