| Introduction | I am an elementary school teacher with a passion for the environment. I moved from Toronto to Vancouver a few years ago in order to be closer to the mountains and the sea! I am currently pursuing my Masters in Environmental Education and Communication and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work with the JGI in Uganda. I love to travel and have visited over 20 countries. In my free time, I love to hike, ski, camp, and bike. For this trip, I’m leaving behind my partner (Alan), a dog (Tigger) and a cat (Jasper) – I hope they behave while I’m gone! |
