Introduction	Shabakat Al Ordon is a not-for-profit private association (according to the Jordanian Associations law 2009) launched by HMK Abdullah II in 2002. Shabakat implements its flag ship program ( change through digital inclusion) under the supervision of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology in more that 200 authorized locations across Jordan where we target the youth to provide them with the skills, knowledge, and attitude they need to be able to use technology to better their lives. In return, these youth reach out to members of their community to teach them on how to basic computer skills and how to effectively use the internet and technology applications to impact their life.
