Introduction As a wife, future mom, and active person in the community it is important to me that I live a healthy life full of passion, joy, and happiness. In 2014 I decided to embark on a lifestyle change that has only brought me closer to the person I want to become. Each day I work hard to learn more about life, myself, and how to be the healthiest version of me.
