Introduction	I am an Art teacher with a husband and two children. My days are pretty busy 'average Mum' days. After work, I do school collection, maybe a bit of grocery shopping and home to homework, laundry, preparing dinner and getting ready for evening sporting activities. Weekends are about doing as little driving as possible and as much kitchen time as possible.
