| Introduction | I originally started this Blog in an effort to spend 90 days simply focusing on myself and what I could do to find Happiness. During this journey, I wrote a Bucket List- one item being to "finish a race". With the support and guidance of some of my friends, I ran my first 5k in December of 2010. I have since become addicted to running and have completed three Half-Marathons. Being a bigger girl, with very little prior cardio experience, this has turned out to be an interesting journey! |
