| Introduction | I am an ex-teacher and a recovering Cancer patient who loves most things poultry. I am very interested in the saving of heritage breeds and the Backyard Poultry Movement. Whilst undergoing Chemotherapy, I spent many hours researching different poultry breeds from around the world. Sadly, many of these breeds are disappearing as Corporate Food Production takes hold and consumers ability to control food sources diminishes. In part, this is the reason for this blog. |
