| Introduction | I am retired from the Royal Canadian Navy after 36 years of service and that was an absolutely incredible experience.. I have been sharpening knives for over 30 years but the shift to Japanese Water Stones several years back change everything in terms of my ability to sharpen kitchen knives. I'm absolutely convinced you will be thrilled with your knives If I get the opportunity to sharpen them. This is not a hobby, it is an obsession, nothing else I do provides the level of satisfaction that sharpening knives rewards me with. |
