Introduction	Manoj is Founder and CEO of AUGTICS Systems and Services Private Limited, a company that is focused on providing Real Estate Information based Solutions to select industry verticals. Prior to setting up AUGTICS, Manoj was working with RMSI(www.RMSI.com), a Global IT services company. Manoj played several roles at RMSI and was yougest member of RMSI management team and RMSI Board. Manoj graduated as a civil Engineer from UOR(now IIT Roorkee) and then specialized in Water Resources Management from IIT Delhi. He also got executive management trainings from AOTS Japan, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Pragmatic Marketing USA. Between July 2007 and July 2008, Manoj worked as President @ Genesys Internation (www.igenesys.com)leading it Geo-spatial Solutions Group.
