| Introduction | I'm an office rat who tries to eat healthy and delicious homemade lunches (and sometimes breakfasts) at her desk, most days, and in the park across the street from work if I'm lucky. Oh, I use a lunch kit from a company called Laptop Lunches. It makes putting the meal together more fun and interesting. But, it's really all about the food. It tastes just as good coming out of a plastic baggie or tin foil. |
