Introduction	मन के भीतर और बहार दो हु मै इनमे होता है प्रश्न की कौन हु मै? अन्तः में व्याप्त प्रशुप्त ज्वार जब-जब उठता है तो होता है प्रश्न कि क्यूँ हु मै? इन तरंगो से उठती है अनगिनत लहरे, पर मेरे अहम् से टकराकर वापस लौट जाती है शुन्य को, शांत होता है चित्त पर प्रक्रिया जरी रहती है पुनः जागने और फुट पड़ने को ........... तभी, एक दिव्य ज्योति प्रणव से पुकारती है मुझे मेरा ही प्रतिबिम्ब उस ओर दर्शाती है, सहसा सब ठहर जाता है, मन,इक्छा, और अहम् आस्था में बदल जाता है "मै" परमात्मा का अंश बन जगमगाता है "मै" परमात्मा का अंश बन जगमगाता है.
