About me

Introduction	Peter has over 20 years of experience in the finance and securities industry in all facets of IR. On the buy side, he was an analyst and fund manager with hedge fund Catania Capital. On the sell side, he was a research director with Daiwa Securities Group and Standard Chartered Securities. As an investment banker for the past ten years his work on corporate restructure cases, Chapter 11 cases, mergers and acquisitions and IPO’s has put him at the sharp end of IR, assisting public companies to achieve change and to communicate change effectively to shareholders and the markets.
