Introduction	Colorado Community Church has been sending short-term mission teams to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota since 1996. The teams partner with the Lakota people to help build community, teach self-sufficiency, and to share the love of God. CCC also supports the team of missionaries who live and work on the Reservation year-round. Team projects have included building and renovating the Re-Creation and Worship Center, hosting bicycle repair, basketball camps, VBS, and doing home makeovers. The gym at the ReCreation Center has been acknowledged by the Lakota Tribe as a place of safe-keeping, which has kept gang activity, teen drinking and drugs to a minimum. The Tribe voted this year to help financially with the utility expenses of the gym. Check out what God is doing through this mission and see if it ignites your calling.
