Introduction	Looking over my résumé, I did a double-take—it says I've lived and implemented Oracle E-Business Suite across Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and North America. Sometimes I think my résumé has more stamps than my passport! Anyone hiring in Australia? Just kidding—though the last time I joked about it, I got an offer Down Under. I began as a humble computer hardware sales rep, then moved up to product manager. In the heyday of Oracle EBS 10.7, I switched to consulting. My role was purely functional until our subcontractor vanished, leaving a half-finished custom module. With no developer and tight deadlines, I had to unleash my inner coder. That was 20 years ago, and while I'm still the "functional guy," those technical skills are now my secret weapon. Recently, frustrated with EBS's inability to turn queries into formatted Excel reports, I took matters into my own hands. Fueled by caffeine, I created a nifty tool called Excel Out—because "Excel-Out of Sheer Frustration" didn't quite roll off the tongue.
