Introduction	All my life I've been a keen scientist. Currently on this path to studying medicine and loving every second. // I'm studying AS-level Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Further Maths. I'm also doing an EPQ on the progress in treating the pulmonary symptoms of cystic fibrosis. // I'm involved in lots of things outside of school: artistic roller skating; loads oc styles of dancing; singing (grade 8) both on my own and as a soprano in choir; classical guitar (grade 7) and part of a guitar ensemble. // Volunteering is also a key part of my life, and I get involved with academic mentoring at my school; coaching skating; helping to co-run our dance school Facebook page; mentoring younger dancers; helping at a school for children with profound physical and learning disabilities; helping at a care home. // Being a doctor comes from years of hard work, and it all starts now: work shadowing, volunteering, reading around the subject, getting great grades.
