| Introduction | Mike and I have been married for over four years now and just celebrated our little ones first birthday. We recently moved to Nevada and Mike is working his heart out. I am still learning my role as a Mother and loving every minute of it. We couldn't be more blessed and love that we are "Livin' the Good Life". |
| Interests | Well, since this is a "joint" blog I figure I better include Mike somewhere in it...so one of my interests IS Mike:) As well as soccer, hanging with Mom & Dad, Marquelle, Brady & Chay, Brandon & Erica, Kimberly and Tj, and of course Mark (ok so I could have just said family but stating individual names is my way of showing they are my favorite hobby), soccer, cookie dough icecream, laughing so hard you cry, chick flicks (note: chick flick= any movie with the slightest remote hint of romance, including cheesy LDS films), chocolate and candy, anything blue raspberry, golds gym-some day they are going to change my life, sleep (especially naps), and for mike...motorcycles and food...thats pretty much all it comes down to:) |
| Favorite Movies | Chick flicks...doesn't matter which one. If you can take an action "Guy-ified" movie and convince me that two of the characters are in love...I will love the movie. Mike really likes transformers, westerns (especially a "Sunday morning western" apparently there is nothing better), and is drawn to movies he hasn't seen before. |
| Favorite Music | Anything, but mostly country. Mike and I battle between Rascal Flatt's version of "Life is a Highway" and the older and more country version...a manifestation of our city and country backgrounds. We love ipods and any song on the radio that I can sing to. I sing...Mike either tells me its quiet time or listens and boosts my confidence. |
| Favorite Books | Harry Potter...is the last book I can remember having time to get into and enjoy. However, I do LOVE to read a good book. As for Mike, he honestly and openly admits the only book he has read all the way through is the Book of Mormon. I guess if your gonna get through one, it may as well be that one! |
