Introduction	I believe that every single heart broken for ministry is a valuable treasure. And, ever since high school, I have held onto this idea close to my heart. I was involved in organizing summer camps and discussion clubs with the goal to bring the gospel to high school students. After high school I joined a team of youth leaders in my church, led a small group, and worship band. I also worked in my churches local evangelization youth center. In 2007, I participated in the TCKompas School of Leaders program where I learned about discipleship. I started to disciple girls, which changed my opinion on ministry and how to reach the teens of Slovakia. Afterwards, I volunteered for the next two years with TCKompas, before joining the TCKompas team in 2010. In January 2011, I plan to move to Žilina, where the TCKompas team is located. My role will be to work with and lead the volunteers of the TCK Annual Youth Leader’s Conference. I will also mentor and care for the youth leaders who are participating in the TCK School of Leaders program, serve as the office assistant, and work with the youth in the Žilina local church. I will graduate with a marketing degree in May.
