| Introduction | I’m an editor by day, but I would much rather be outside. I adore the natural world, but I am more likely to curl my toes in the dirt of my garden and spend an hour contemplating the curl of a cucumber tendril than I am to remember to water it! Being a southern lass, I’ve grown up with a magical environment, full of sunny days and hot nights, long afternoons spent watching the spanish moss by the rivers or by the ocean or marsh, torrential rains and short winters. These are some of the adventures of a lazy gardener. |
