| Introduction | Hello... My name is Steve Maass, and I have been studying and documenting ghostly phenomena for over 10 years. Through a scientific yet open-minded approach to working in this peculiar, but interesting field, I have successfully recorded many quality videos and EVPs (spectral audio recordings known as Electronic Voice Phenomena) supporting many theories concerning the ghost phenomena, and perhaps more importantly, that the strange events associated with what we refer to as "hauntings" do exist. My investigations range from what are known as informal 'Ghost Hunts' to formal investigations of private residences, and public institutions.
