The building is currently maintained operated by the Connecticut General Assembly, with educational and community programming provided by the Connecticut Public Affairs Network. CPAN is committed to strengthening civic engagement and participation in the Constitution State by providing comprehensive and unbiased educational programming and outreach on state government, civics and citizenship. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, CPAN develops and manages educational initiatives designed to advance public understanding of Connecticut state government and public policy in both academic and non-academic settings.
