| Introduction | Born in Germany, lived in US then returned to Europe - my continent. After living in Belgium, I am now finally in the country that speaks to my soul the most - Spain.
And I have always been a firm believer that food is our primary medicine...or toxin. And that our mental attitudes/beliefs shape our existance, what we have, don't have, whether we are happy or not and certainly our health. It is as simple as that or as complicated as we make it.
