Introduction	I'm a writer, thinker, culture critic and, as a victim of white supremacism in America, what Richard Pryor termed a "nigga," one who owes his point of view to the outrageous American political changes I have witnessed (and endured) since coming of age in Detroit in the '70s, '80s and '90s. I don't aim to offend anybody (although all toes are certainly fair game). This blog is just my way of injecting my two cents into the ongoing discourse about race, politics and social trends in the US and around the world.
