| Introduction | I'm a Woman, a ThetaHealing Practitioner, a Life Coach, a Bikram Yoga Teacher, a Friend, a Confidant but mostly I'm just me (and I change everyday)...I've gone the full spectrum in life from knowing exactly who I am and what I "want", finding myself miserable, and then to the exact opposite. I hit the bottom only to find myself again... I'm navigating my way back to confidence in me and the direction of my life. I've learned some amazing lessons and am finding life more and more magic everyday...I'm looking to share some of those things with all of you :-) |
| Interests | Connecting with my friends and family, being in nature, reading (learning), writing in my journal, cooking, crystals, recently getting in touch with my creative side :-), being entertained by my two cats, watching movies (and lots of documentaries lately), Bikram yoga (and teaching it), My spiritual journey <3 |
| Favorite movies | I've always had a tough time with this question, don't really know why...it depends on my mood that day. I can handle all types in moderation... :-p |
| Favorite music | The more I get in tune with my spirit, the more I realize that music has a HUGE effect on my mood... so I've been paying attention to that a lot...been especially into my Pandora "Zen Garden" station which is a bunch of relaxation, meditation, nature sounds etc...so uplifting!!! |
| Favorite books | "The Power of Intention" by Dr. Wayne W Dyer "Follow Your Passion, Find Your Power" by Bob Doyle "Wishes Fulfilled" by Dr. Wayne W Dyer "Dying to Be Me" by Anita Moorjani "The Art of Happiness" by His Holiness the Dalai Lama "Ask Your Guides" by Sonia Choquette And I love creative fiction! Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Twilight (the books are way better then the movies by far!!) etc |
For your birthday, your aunt gave you a maple syrup dispenser shaped like a rooster. Please write her a thank-you note:
I suppose I'd have to say whittling with soap cause I'm not so musically inclined ;-) ....and soap smells yummies!!
