Introduction	So I became sort-of-vegan in October of 2007 and have never turned back! Sort-of-vegan means that I follow vegan dietary preferences, however I allow seafood and eggs into my diet. After several of my loved ones were diagnosed with cancer, I started looking into holistic approaches to health and here I am: still learning and growing on this vegan-style journey!
