Introduction	Everyone at some point has to figure out what they're going to do for work. I have no issues with work, it satisfies me to do great work. I felt plagued by all the options available to me. Sniff* I know, what woes. I sat on hundreds of ideas for years, and came to the conclusion to pursue a lifestyle instead of a job. The lifestyle I was searching is an MYO type of style where the results were polished, presentable, and best of all edible. Making food is it. A simple change in mind set and my deli counter job turned into an Epicurean Education, and here, my freinds, is where you find me today. Thanks for checking this out. Queries always welcome. Enjoy!
