| Introduction | When i joined BAEC, i found that i could hardly utilize 50 % of the limited ability/potential that i had. The potential of many better than me were being underutilized due to poor management of money , time and power/authority. This is the case not only for the BAEC but every govt research organisation. My realization is that management of research organisations can be improved when science and technology is a national issue. This small effort is the result of that reralization for efficient use of the potential of meritorious scientists working in govt research organisations. |
