Introduction	Ek Raj Sigdel has over 25 year's progressive work experiences in the field of natural resorucs conservation. With the view of developing ocmmunity stewardship in conservation achievements, he has been responsible for implementing sustainable development goals, inlcusive governance, anti-corruption lenses to natural resorucs conservation, safegfuarding natural resoruces conservation in linear infrastructure and human right based approach to conservation. He has contributed strengthening capacity of all tiers of governments towards formulating and implementing environment and aquatic biodiversity friendly and climate resilient policies, legal instruments and guidelines. He has experiences of analyzing policies and mainstreaming global biodiversity framework in NBSAP Nepal He has experiences with Environment Impact Study, community-based biodiversity conservation, designing funding proposals and implementing Global Environmental Facility (GEF) projects, environment friendly local governance, performance-based climate change adaptation, environment friendly community based pro-poor rural tourism, sustainable development goal localization and mainstreaming into development planning
