| Introduction | I have spent almost half my life in the safety profession. In that time I have known success and somethings that haven't been successful. What this experience has taught me is that simple is always the best and that where safety is not integral to the organization those institutes will struggle. That said, I believe everyone can be successful and that our limits are self imposed. If you want to change, it is within our control. Desire is the passion needed for success to occur.
