| Introduction | I am the founder and president of the Izzy Lyon Fan Club. I am a former Midwest mother of none, which allows me lots of time to pursue my favorite pursuit of searching for Izzy Lyon. Before moving to California to better my chances of locating Izzy, I worked as a taxidermist. My father taught me the science of taxidermy when I was just a young girl. By the time I was a teenager, I was mounting everything I could get my hands on. I come from a family of hunters and shot most of the meat I would eat growing up. Taxidermy was a great way to use all of the animal like the Native Indians who came to America before us would say. I still like to mount animals and enjoy making gifts for people out of formerly living things. But nowadays I spend my time hunting the most dangerous game of all: Izzy Lyon! |
