| Introduction | Well, I'm American. And a black chick. In Europe. I'm 34 and have a MA in International Relations and a BA in Journalism. I currently live in Copenhagen, Denmark. Before that I worked in Brussels, Belgium (aka the land of frites, chocolate and waffles) after going to school in London and living/learning French/working in Toulouse, France. What's next? I haven't a clue. I think that's part of the fun. Join me as I contemplate whatever is on my mind: interracial relationships/dating, the state of the black community, politics, my (pseudo) expat life, these crazy Europeans, whatever. |

| Favorite movies | This always changes, but for now: Avenue Q (technically a play, but whatever), Pan's Labyrinth, South Park The Movie (I know, I know...it's incredibly vulgar...and incredibly funny...especially the songs), The Outsiders, Crash, The Lord of the Rings trilogy (yeah, I really am that much of a dork), Rent, Shrek (the 1st one), Batman Begins, The Dark Knight (partially 'cause I love Batman, partially because Christian Bale and Cillian Murphy are just HOT) and Remember the Titans (Denzel...need I say more? Plus it's just a great movie). |
