| Introduction | From when I was a little girl, my mother would get me involved in cooking. I can always remember the wonderful smells coming out of our kitchen when coming home from school. I still love cooking and never make things out of a packet or tin. There is no comparison to home cooked food, using fresh ingredients. I try to use organic whenever possible and love to grow vegetable in my own garden. There is nothing better than picking them straight out of the garden and using them the same day. So far, my husband David prefers to stand and watch me cook and doesn't participate much apart from wanting to be the taste tester. He does however cook a mean roast and veges. |
