| Introduction | We are an affiliate of The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) and we were established in 2003. Due to the growing demand for our professional services we now offer three distinctive functions. Hotel reservations remain the core function of our business incorporating hen and stag parties, group tours and individual reservations. The second professional service offered by us is our hotel reservations consultancy. We use our own and partner extranets to sell hotel rooms and services. Central to our reservations consultancy is our extensive marketing package, under our consultancy umbrella we redirect valuable customers back through required channels for return stays, thus cutting out expensive commissions. The third professional service that we offer is a comprehensive property letting and management service. We presently manage over one hundred properties on behalf of some of Dublin’s most conscientious property owners. We offer our clients a fast, efficient and cost effective way to let their properties. Once we accept a property onto our books we would expect that property to be rented out within a 7-10 day window. We offer a full management service. |
