| Introduction | I have been living on the Costa del Sol since 2005. I graduated from University in 2000 with a degree in Sports Science and went on to complete a years nutrition course. I have worked as a personal trainer in many parts of the world including London, California and Sydney. I have played rugby at a high level for many years and ran the London Marathon in 2004.
