Introduction	I love to bake and I love to cook. I am a dreamer when it comes to being on the Food Network some day. For now, whenever I visit someone who has cable, I can find myself in a trance watching the FN. Addicted you say? Perhaps, but there is no money lost, no family feuding, my love for my family and God isn't suffering, just an innocent interest in the wonders of the kitchen and pantry. I consider myself pretty handy in the kitchen. I create my own dishes on a regular basis and 90% of the time I am very successful! I chalk up my kitchen creativity to my mother and grandmothers who all were gourmets in their own right! Never a bad Czech and royal Hungarians makes a cook with a happy kitchen and happy guests.
