| Introduction | I am a Child of God, a daughter of The KING. I am the wife of a sweet, hot man, Captain E. I am mama to 3 short heroes: Wonder L is 9, Amazing J is 7, and Super M is 5. Those four people are the loves of my life. I am blessed to be a friend to many. I am a singer, a cycling instructor, a CoreFIT instructor, a voracious reader, an obsessive knitter, and a firearms enthusiast. I love to read and have a soft spot for Supernatural fiction (even though, yes, I know it is all fake!). I am on a journey to be the healthy me that I have been wanting all my life. I work hard, I watch what I eat, and I try to encourage others along the way. I must remind myself daily that God loves me, Captain E loves me, and I need to love myself. |
