| Introduction | I am a 37 year old single mom of two great daughters (ages 8 & 10). Starting on a journey to get my life in order and lose this weight once and for all. Unlike in the past where I wanted to lose the weight, I now NEED to lose it. Also, have to set a better example for my girls to break the cycle of obesity in the women in my family. Every generation, it starts younger and younger and it needs to STOP! |
