| Introduction | The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Battalion was first established in September of 1950. Since then, it has commissioned roughly 1,600 officers into the United States Army. The mission of the program is to educate and train students at Tennessee Tech University in leadership, environmental development and organizational achievement in order to produce leaders of character for service to our nation, the United States Army, the Army Reserve and the Army National Guard. |
