| Introduction | I'm a Full Time working mom of 2 children. My husband and I also have 2 dogs (mutt and Greyhound) and 3 horses. We are both passionate about finding balance and leading by example as we raise our children. Our health and fitness journey has been a challenge as it is for most people but we feel like we have found was to successfully incorporate it into our lives.
