Introduction	As you can see, cooking is a passion of mine. I am a believer in "Cooking is like love. I have worked in academic libraries for almost 40 years and will be retiring the end of June 2013. Will be interesting to see what the next stage of my life holds in store. I enjoy travel, especially cruising and spending time with my family and friends.
